This type of job scares me.. working with government types with pages and pages of specifications and endless inspections and committees peering over your shoulder. I'm sure they will pay very well though for this exibit.
I looked over a request for work in our regional airport. The specifications were outrageous. AND you had to put up a bond worth half the job just to bid it. THe work they requested wasn't a big deal... they just made it 10 times as complicated as it needed to be.
Now if these guys wanted a cartoon dinosaur... and had a sense of humor too... that I would do in a flash and have fun doin it too!
