I need to have about 60 white .030 aluminum stars die-cut. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks...

I don't know about that thin but Gemini (a merchant here) does router and water jet cutting on aluminum.

Still no luck with the stars. Gemini doesn't cut material that thin.

Anyone else have any ideas?

Thanks...

Pat, I could rout them for you from white enamel 030 stock.

You could also try Blinkety Blanks Co in Stanton CA 714-995-1188.

Hi Pat,

You might contact Dan Freeman at www.freemansmetalart.com. He has a plasma cutter connected to a computer and can make almost anything imaginable in metal. .030 aluminum might be a little to thin for this process but he may have an idea that will help you. If you look at his website he is standing beside parts of a Cross for the top of the St. Paul, MN. Cathederal, it is awesome.
