This young girl looks like the happiest girl in the world on this pony! Well, she grew up, got married and hed several children. She lived a hard life but managed to outlasted her first husband. All her children grew up well, moved away and had grandchildren. One day her youngest daughter died, so she took and raised her two boys also! Years go by... She's now been married to her second husband for 20 years or so and my Brother and I have long moved away too. Ever since I can remember, she's always been as happy as that little girl, no matter how tough things got. I was just thinking and it hit me when I was reprinting this image for a few family members, how important this little girl is, that is smiling on her pony. I spoke with her this evening just to tell her how much I loved her. She's 70 sumpin now. She's got one heck of a sense of humor and I think some of it rubbed off on me. You'd never know what journey one will go through. Moments prior to me writing this, my new little girl looked at me and gave me a toothless smile.... It just all seemed to click. I don't think I made sense to everyone (I'm NOT a good writer) but I felt that I had to share it anyway.

Bobby, the only thing I might have changed was your title..."OT"...a story about love is NOT off topic, that's what this website is all about when you distill it down to it's main reason for being...
love of life love of our craft love for each other
not off topic at all
Merry Christmas, buddy
