hello heads

I'm looking for suggestions
I play in a local roller hockey league here. Me and some other guys in the league are going to branch off and make a new team next season. Them knowing I having some artistic ability nominated me to draw up our logo, problem is I hate the name they picked the Puckheads (we don't even play with a puck we use a ball). so I need some cool names so I can sketch up some ideas to convince them to change the name. I want to try and keep it original no pro names.

Here is what I have come up with so far:
-The Swarm - I could use a bee similar to the nba Hornets
-The Buzz - I could use a bee or a saw blade in the logo
-Bandits
-Outlaws
-Underdawgs
-Rattlers

Do any of these sound good does anyone have any better ideas?

Sounds like the Deadheads. They come up with a name and you do the work of designing a logo for it, I don't think so. Sounds like they need a slapshot lesson.

How about "Slapstick" to reflect their lousy sense of humor. [Smile]

Rolling Thunder - picks up the roller hockey thing while hinting that the team might have some power behind it.. Just got that idea cause there's some thunder rollin' in on me here right now. [Smile]

Fastball - picture the ball screaming through the goal net while on fire

What about a name that plays on something that's indigenous to the area? a la St Louis Blues.. Phoenix Coyotes..

I always liked "Rowdies" or how about the "Five Minute Majors" with a military looking logo, or "Two Minute Miners" with with an old miner type guy.
