A. One Shot vinyl prep - I have used it, but am less than satisfied with it. This just didn't give me a smooth surface and took forever for the paint to dry and didn't really bite into the vinyl.
B. Frog Juice mixed in with the lettering enamel.
C. Ty Cote from the Auto paint store.
Before the thread gets split with references to enamal receptive vinyl and Krylon or other spray paints in rattle cans, let me say: Don't go there, but if you have something else, I'd like to hear it.

Seems to me 1-shot isnt the right choice of a product to be used on vinyl.
You should be using vinyl screenprinting ink to spray the vinyl, afterall that's what the ink is designed for and you'll be hard-pressed to find any other product on the market that dries as smooth as the ink, let alone one that dries as fast (literally within seconds).
Next to vinyl inks, the best choices are urethane and laquer automotive paints. The touch-up "Duplicolor" spray can paint available at many retail chains works exceptionally well too, never had a failure that wasn't my own fault in poor prep or layin' the paint on too heavy at once.
I've given up on krylon.. not that it's a bad product, I've had great results with it.. but the vinyl inks and auto paints just totally blow everything else out of the water in terms of durability and longevity. I would put 1-shot on the same level with Krylon - the "Yeah, it works and gets the job done but I'm still not completely sure of it" shelf. I know the inks and auto paints are gonna last for a long time.
