My Colorcamm PC-60 is breaking red and blue spot ribbons. They are all Roland OEM ribbons. It happens on different files and sizes. I tried the firmware update but it did not help the problem. The process and other spots are still printing great. Please help the new resident!

I have just installed a pc60 about three weeks ago and one of my mates has one he had this problem and it was when printing fine lines so I ask my supplier and roland service agent about it he said it was a fault with the machine and that there was an upgrade to fix it mine being a new one has had it already done hope this helps Ian
