22?? HA!! I put my sweater on a 22. It was a clear night, last night, Joe. No wind chill and -22. I did put on my jammies, however.

At 22 degrees you can still catch me wering shorts outside! Now granted, I have to run faster to keep the sweat moving so that it doesn't freeze to my legs.

Hey, I used to letter boards in a parka and mittens in Ft. Lauderdale in January.
In 1978 or 79 it snowed down there. I wore seven layers of sweatshirts and shirts (didn't own a coat then) to the dentist. I was so chubby I could hardly get into the chair! brrrrrr..... you never know when your going to freeze your tootsies off.

It was 40 degrees here yesterday...um, that's celsius, which equates to 104 american degrees! Now it's raining today, which is a big relief for all our frazzed plants & gardens. Forecast for Christmas day...23 beautiful sunny degrees (74 farenheit)
I'll put the beer on ice and stoke up the barby. Cheers

We have had nothing but winds of 60-90 KM. And freezing rain all week long...Makes for one rotton X-Mas.. On top of it we had a call last night and it looks like we will have to travel to Ontario Can. in the next day or two as My wifes mother is on the doorstep to the other side..I know she is going to a place of nothing but warmth and love. The trip will be around 1100 miles or 1700 Kms. each way. I have no fears on driving it as I use to do Long haul for many years but it will be nerve racking on my wife. X-Mas will have to wait until we get back.

August 12 Moved to our new home in Bernville. It is so beautiful here. The mountains are so majestic. Can hardly wait to see the snow covering them. I love it here.
October 14 Pennsylvania, the most beautiful place on Earth. The leaves are turned all the colors and shades of red and orange. Went for a ride through the most beautiful mountains and saw some deer. They are so graceful, certainly they are the most wonderful animals on Earth. This must be paradise. I love it here.
November 11 Deer season will start soon. I can't imagine anyone wanting to kill such a gorgeous creature. Hope it will snow soon, I love it here!
December 7 It snowed last night. Woke up to find everything blanketed with white. It looks like a postcard. We went outside and cleaned the snow off the steps and shoveled the driveway. We had a snowball battle (I won) and when the snow plow came by, we had to shovel the driveway again. What a beautiful place, I love Pennsylvania!
December 17 More snow last night. I love it. The snow plow did his trick again to the driveway. I love it here.
December 19 More snow last night. Couldn't get out of the driveway to get to work. I am exhausted from shoveling snow. F***ing snow plow.
December 22 More of that white s*** fell last night. I've got blisters on my hands from shoveling. I think the snow-plow hides around the curve and waits until I'm done shoveling the driveway. A******e!
December 25 Merry F***ing Christmas! More frigging snow. If I ever get my hands on that S.O.B. who drives that snow-plow, I'll kill the bastard. Don't know why they don't use more salt on the roads to melt the f***ing ice.
December 27 More white s*** last night. Been inside for three days except for shoveling out the driveway after the snow-plow goes through every time. Can't go anywhere, cars stuck in a mountain of white s***. The weatherman says to expect another 10" of that snow again tonight. Do you know how many shovels full 10" is?
December 28 The f***ing weatherman was wrong. We got 24" of that white s*** this time. At this rate it won't melt before next summer. The snow-plow got stuck up the road and that bastard came to the door and asked to borrow my shovel. After I told him I had broken six shovels already shoveling all the s*** he pushed into the driveway, I broke my last one over his f***ing head.
January 4 Finally got out of the house! Went straight up to the store to get food and on the way back a damned deer ran in front of the car and I hit it. Did about $3000. damage to the car. Those stupid beasts should be killed. Wish the hunters had killed them all last November!
May 5 Took the car to the garage in town. Would you believe the thing is rusting out from all of that f***ing salt they put on the road?
May 10 Moved back to California. I can't imagine why anyone in their right mind would ever live in that God-forsaken state of Pennsylvania. Boy do I love earthquakes, no f***ing snow!

Sorry about the news, and... If you are headed through Ohio, you are certainly welcome here. If you want a quick meal or coffee with a fellow letterhead, I would certainly take time to meet you and your wife on the crossroads of the highway or you can swing over here to rest or have a meal. I realize you are in a hurry also. I sent you a letter concerning this and will also send my tele. #. Deb
