I've noticed that, finding 'outdoor quality'appliques can be a bit of a challenge. You might want to try a local ceramic store/supplier and experiment with making your own molds using latex and then pouring resin. There was a very good article in signcraft about this about a year ago. Resin gets a bit pric$ey however but there are people "out there" in that business who could possibly help you. I researched it a while back and found for smaller appliques this could be done quite cost effectively. You can also have bolts dropped in the back of the appliques before the resin hardens for easy attachment later. If you need anything carved in the meantime, email me.
