If I am not mistaken you'll need signlab to use these "cdl" fonts as that is the dos suffix signlab uses for it's proprietary bitmap fonts shipped with the program.The only program I know of that will open these files is signlab. Most if not all of these fonts have true type and adobe counterparts without the bitmap effects. If you don't have signlab it seems to me it would be easier just to find the true type and or adobe counterpart.These fonts are not the same as the normal vector fonts shipped with signlab as they use the "vef" dos suffix.
On another note,...the bitmap effects I see in the signlab bitmap fonts can be created with eye candy 4000 in your bitmap editing programs that support adobe plugins if that is any help,...
