I would do obscene things for a cup of STRONG Second Cup coffee.
That dictates my first idiosyncrasy- I am ALLLWAAYS on the search for the perfect coffee mug. Big enough to last, but easy to hold; and the right look... Drives my wife nuts. I have too many sitting at work, and at home. And keychains. I don't buy a lot of them, but I'm always craning my neck out at those kiosks in the malls. I think my next one will be a D-ring. They seem pretty handy, but not too clunky.
At work, I am very anal about a SHARP Olfa knife. It's never far away. The carpet-layer's one is the best- steel tang right through, and a little hook on the end for levering, pulling staples, etc. It's always line-of-sight!!

I think I'd answer Donna's question by looking around my shop and finding what I have too much of. Like those 1/2 pint upright cans of the old Commonwealth Varnishes. I have several cans of Black Fibroseal and Quick Rubbibg Varnish. If I saw some on a shelf I'd forget how much I have and buy more ....just in case. I also have alot of quills that have never seen color. Throwing away old pounce patterns is painful also.
