I got Rob Ivers videos last week and they were one of the best investments I've ever made. I never thought I would be very confident in DRY applications but after watching those videos, I can't wait to do something dry. I have a race car trailer to do tomorrow and it is slap full of rivets, I CAN'T WAIT (no really, I WANNA DO IT NOW, KICK THOSE RIVETS BUTTS). I still am doing multi layer app. wet (only the top layers). Not trying to start a Rapid-Tac debate but I highly recommend these tapes for anybody who hasn't watched them. They really build confidence no matter what way you choose to apply vinyl. If you feel confident doing it dry, you sure enogh will able to master the wet stuff.

Yeah, I have thought about that to. I'll find out tomorrow since I'll be doing a race car trailer outside (thank goodness it's a white one, I did a Black one the other day and as soon as I hit it with Rapid-Tac it turned to steam!). I also did a race car out in a field the other day and it was MISERY! I now will INSIST that all vehicle jobs off my site must be at least in the shade or they'll have to whup out at least $100 more.

Not yet, I've got 'till Friday to do it and since my printer is dead and I have jobs requiring it, I have spent all day messing with it and still am going to end up getting another one tomorrow. I'll let you know when I get done.

I got one side done while waiting to go somewhere. I did it all dry and would have gotten done in no time if it haden't been for all of the crazy things going on, you don't even want to know. I admit that it was a little cooler here today than it has been so heat wasn't a big factor to deal with today. We'll see tomorrow if it is hotter. And the rivets, never easier, less than a min for each rivet and getting faster with each one.
