OK, I have a guy that has a truck that cleans airport runways. This truck is in the process of being re-built and modified to his specifications.
The Back of the truck is a flat bed with all of the equipment mounted to the bed. He wants to enclose the bed with removable panels. The panels when in place will display his lettering/logo.
He will install a stake truck type panel system on the back... I need to come up with a material that we can put the logo on. He wants it white, I want aluminum. We're thinking something like LustreBoard. I feel that alumalite unbacked with plywood would not be sturdy enough, considering that these panels will be removed often. I also need to keep it light enough so one guy can remove the sections.
Here's the truck:
What would you suggest?

I havent done one of these, but have seen plenty down here. They usually build the "box" out of 1" x 1" Galvanized or aluminum pipes with .032 aluminum faces & 1" x 1" x 1/16" angles to finish the edges.
Hope this helps.

Jeffrey, Lustreboard, being plywood, should have the strength, but the panels are going to get heavy after you add the stakes and so on.
You might see if you can determine which thickness of dibond is equivalent in strength to 1/2" plywood, and then compare the weights of the two materials. My guess would be that 1/8", 3mm Dibond is stronger, but I don't have any of the Dibond technical data here.

I would use 10 mill aluma core with pvc 1.75x2.75 pickets as the stakes

.030 aluminum sheet with 1" (or larger) square aluminum tube glued to the back with body panel adhesive (or welded). Depending on the size, a frame around the edges should be OK, if they're larger then some additional tube or angle bracing every 24" isnt a bad idea.
The biggest factor is gonna be the wind load if this thing hits the highway, which is why I suggest aluminum posts instead of plastics.
If any of the aluminum is close to coming into contact with steel, be sure to isolate the materials with either bituminous paint or some sort of shim. If the steel is stainless, you dont have to worry about it cause S.S. and Alum. dont react with each other like mild steel and Alum. do.
