I'm bidding on a job for Pepsi that will go on a sign at NASA here in Houston. What I'm looking for is a round "disc", 32" diameter, that protrudes out about 7" in the center, like a "button". It can be plastic or aluminum. Actually, if you took a 44" sphere and sliced off a portion 7" deep, you'd end up with what I'm looking for. Does anyone know of a source for anything like this? Maybe it could be vacuum formed over a mold. Help! Quick!

Sounds like a thermo-forming type deal. I'd try a larger electrical sign supply house like Freddies plastics or someone like that.
Or you could use my belly button for a template. Just project it up to any size that you need.

Try a store fixture company. I think one of those plastic mirror things would work. Maybe Outwater Plastics. Do a web search. They have a web site. Tom
