Just wanted to brag about the new power tool I picked up the other day.
The DeWalt 682 Bisquit joiner.
Got my 1st chance to use it last night. We bonded! We bonded well! 216 plunges later, (we're still talking about the joiner)I was left wanting more.
My new favorite tool!!!!
That's all!

You dont know what fun is until you pick up a plasma cutter and a MIG welder. Try it, you'll like it. [Smile]

Just got a 60 gal 7 HP compressor for my sandblast cabinet.

Haven't tried it out yet.

Yes, Cheryl, it does make one happy.

I'd rather get tools for my shop than roses.

We recently bought a 7.5 HP compressor and a 90 lb. SanBlast Pressure Pot. Sandblasting is a cakewalk now. Sure beats the heck out of that gravity fed setup we had!! Also got a cheapo hammerdrill from Harbor Freight. We drilled over 400 holes into a concrete block monument within 4 hours and it held up. Not bad for $25.

Corey, those biscut-joiners are great, aren't they. I bought my first one about 1985, a Lamello; it's still going strong. Being a carpenter/cabinetmaker for 30+ years, I've accumulated a lot of tools; but as a fledgling signmaker, I'm thrilled with my new airbrush!

I love Airbrushes, I have a Paasche VL and an Aztek. Now I want an Iwata. When I first got mine, I painted up everything that was in front of me. I've got another cool tool also, a Roto-Zip. Anybody else use one, I love mine. I even used mine to cut out windows in the sheathing when we were building my house.

I just got an early birthday gift from a dear friend. It was an Iwata Eclipse HP-BS with the Iwata Sprint Jet compressor. And if that wasn't enough there was also an Artograph opague projector included! Ten more years and I'll be able to use the airbrush properly!

Wife bought me a Black and Decker "Firestorm" cordless all in one tool. Drill, Jigsaw, and Sander, just change the heads. You probably can't build a deck with it, but for what we do, its fantastic.

Just got a six month renewable prescription for Viagra from my doctor, sure makes a difference when cruising the single bars.

I also got a new CSI electric water pump for my hot rod which will cut down on the embarrassment of overheating when in slow traffic.

Yes Darlin, there is life after slingin paint all day !
Enjoying the new tools of technology [Smile]
