For those of you in the NEAR NORTH region of Ontario, Canada: Please plan to attend the NEAR NORTH Roadshow that ND GRAPHICS is holding on June 12th and 13th, in SUDBURY...We have plenty in store for you...and you just might be surprised to learn how much Sudbury has to offer.
For example: If you wanted to bring the whole family and include Science North (very cool) in your plans, we've arranged a special rate for overnight stays in our hotel (RAMADA).
I'll post more information in this thread later this week.

Watch for this mailer to arrive early this week.
If you have any questions, please call me or post them here.
I'm especially looking forward to meeting meeting any 'heads who plan to attend (please do RSVP).
If you're unsure about whether or not to come - ask any of your fellow 'heads who met us in Saskatoon or Regina...I think they'll let you know that ND GRAPHICS made it worth the trip.

I'll second the motion, Jon! Jon and the ND GRAPHICS crew definately makes a visit to their roadshow worthwhile. I'm looking forward to the fall edition because we're going to put on a little meet at the same time!

If I decide to make the trip up to “Near North”, would I have to say “eh” at the end of every sentence? Or bring a curling stone and flash a CCA membership card in order to get in?
Looking over the flyer, are the two listed events the “only” seminars being offered? If I buy a sheet of coroplast, does that qualify me as a ND Graphic customer to get the corporate rate at the Ramada?
An inquiring, educational thirsty, “Yank” wants to know!

Thanks Marty and Suelynn (two veterans of the SK ROADSHOW; two really terrific people)!
Yep, the ND GRAPHICS ROADSHOW is a pretty fun and informative event. We make a solid effort to treat every guest as a VIP and there are plenty of rewards in attending...
For example:
Our NEAR NORTH customers can expect to recieve a voucher worth CDN$1000 towards the purchase of any digital printing system that ND GRAPHICS offers for sale...by fax, by the end of the day, tomorrow.
To validate this voucher, two things need to take place:
We must receive your RSVP prior to the end of the day on Friday, June 7th and you must complete a brief survey at the ROADSHOW. No purchase is necessary and some restrictions apply (enquire for details). ND GRAPHICS reserves all rights.
In answer to Bob's more serious questions:
The purchase of one, single sheet of Coroplast will indeed get you our corporate room rate at the Ramada - and taking that room will earn you the discount for the Science North Primate Passports. I believe it is CDN$89 for a room with two double beds.
We won't turn anyone who wants to make the trip to Sudbury away. ALL 'HEADS are welcome! The more, the merrier!
If the event is well attended, we will make this a regular event. Each subsequent NEAR NORTH Roadshow will involve fresh seminars, with topics based on customer input from surveys at the show. We will GLADLY even bring in guest speakers as a part of our "NDU" program - so the SEMINAR topics may include business training...sales & marketing seminars, managing cash on hand...whatever our customers need to make their businesses more successful.

Due to other commitments about the same time frame, I won’t be making the trip. Thank you for the information provided, perhaps some other show. (I’ll use this time to practice my Curling techniques, eh!)

Here's a little plug for the City of Sudbury, ON and all it has to offer...
Many people associate Sudbury with the nickle mine (or more correctly: the big, giant nickel) and (dare I say?) slag heaps. HOWEVER -- in actual fact -- Sudbury is a pretty happening place...
