Does anyone have a sheet they hand out when customers want to supply their files on disks, that lists acceptable file formats etc? I'd be interested to see them... Thanks

I myself is just starting out but at the same time I am reading your BB I am looking at a catalouge that was sent to me and they put this out to their customers.
File formats: all files are recieved in Adobe photo shop 6 and Adobe illustrator 9
requiremnets and applications accepted for production: FILE FORMAT *format preffered mac, but can read pc *Adobe photoshop 3.0 - 6.0 in layers and all colors must be CMYK *Adobe illustrator 5.5 - 9.0, convert all text to curves, or send all screen & printer fonts with file *Coral Draw - follow the steps below if supplying a Coral Draw file... 1. Send Coral draw file. 2. Send all computer scanned files that were used for production of your graphic. Then save as a TIFF format at 300dpi or more (the higher the dpi the better your graphic will look) 3. Send all images that were scanned, just in case the images you scanned were of low resolution *Flexi-Signs all types *Freehand 5.5 - 8.0, send all fonts and placed images *Quarkxpress 3.2 - 4.1, send all fonts used and any placed EPS images in the Quark Document
FILES ACCEPTED ON THE FOLLOWING MEDIA *3 1/2" floppy disk *CD-Rom, DVD-Rom *100MB & 250MB zip cartridges *FTP file transfer *2GB & 1GB jaz cartridges *E-Mailed files (please STUFF or ZIP email files)
