After just having the house completely repainted inside, my wife (Alisa) asked if I could hang some paper, well never having done this I talked to the painter (this stuff is an arm & a leg too).
He ratteled off a long story of "how to do it", well being stuborn as I am I decided to do it my way.
The painter told me to soak the paper for 10 minutes (this was also on the instructions printed with paper) he then told me he applys another glue (even though the paper is already coated with adhesive?) yep, he says, if you want it to stick.
Well I didn't listen to anything he said (whats new) I just measured, cut, sprayed the back real wet with Rapid TacII and applied where my marks were, it was very easy !!
The stuff was bonding to the wall in about 1 minute and BONDED completely in a half hour!!
Wait tell I tell him how to apply wall paper now!! Think I will design a new label !!
