Dr says the foot is healing well, no distortion and all I have to wear (on the foot ) is a special shoe that keeps it from bending for the next three weeks.
I can walk on it a little and may be able to go to Arlington.

Cuz I like sleepin indoors and having a pot that flushes!!!!HAHA....actually, CA law says the Landlord has more rights than me...if I withold the rent like I'm supposed to be able to do, and only after I've sent him a registered letter asking him to fix something.... after I wait at least 30 days more after that, then, if he fixes it he can wait 6 months and then serve me with eviction papers.....makes alot of sense don't it?
I'm just cooling my heels to see what, if anything he plans on doing...so far, it looks like nothing is exactly what he's planning on doing.....
I'm going to see what the Lawyers say next week.
Meanwhile, I'm just enjoying the nice weather we are having....
