C) Millionaire Money Management Techniques. 1. Observe how millionaires handle their money. 2. Operation on debt will drive you out of business. 3. "C" stands for credit, and buddy, we don't do that here!
D) Employees / Contractors / Subs / Outsourcing 1. Employees - blessing or a curse? 2. Networking with other sign professionals to keep the work "in the family". 3. Great sources for you to investigate for sign products for resale.
E) Pricing and Marketing. 1. Price is not the problem. 2. Fantastic persuasion techniques. 3. Developing a killer "elevator speech". 4. The secret of "no-cost" business expansion.

These are the topics, and this might run anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes. There will be plenty of discussion, as I will be involving the audience quite a bit.

Damn! Robert, if you don't quit coming up with so many KOOL people/events/seminars, I'm gonna start running out of excuses why I can't make it!
Seriously, it's been a tough quarter here and Jay has all kinds of summer camps (band, technology, flight academy). But if there is any way we can make it, I'll be there with bells on!
