Update

Mark Roberts has agreed to hold a seminar for folks that might like a bit of business mixed in with their pleasure

the format is as follows.
This is the format for the topic I want to teach.

Simple Sign Shop Success Secrets.

A) What types of signs do you enjoy making the most?
1. Finding and refining your niche.
2. Educating the market to appreciate your niche.
3. Becoming the Master of your niche.

B) The economic climate in your market.
1. Facing challenges or full speed ahead?
2. Customers financial problems are not your problem.

C) Millionaire Money Management Techniques.
1. Observe how millionaires handle their money.
2. Operation on debt will drive you out of business.
3. "C" stands for credit, and buddy, we don't do that here!

D) Employees / Contractors / Subs / Outsourcing
1. Employees - blessing or a curse?
2. Networking with other sign professionals to keep the work "in the family".
3. Great sources for you to investigate for sign products for resale.

E) Pricing and Marketing.
1. Price is not the problem.
2. Fantastic persuasion techniques.
3. Developing a killer "elevator speech".
4. The secret of "no-cost" business expansion.

F) One day, we will all retire. Are you ready?
1. I will scare you into preparing for your future right now!
2. Ancient rules still apply to guarantee your comfortable future.
3. You really can retire a multi-millionaire in this business - if you want to.

These are the topics, and this might run anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes.
There will be plenty of discussion, as I will be involving the audience quite a bit.

I will provide photocopy hand-outs for the attendees.

Sounds like a good sound program!

Damn! Robert, if you don't quit coming up with so many KOOL people/events/seminars, I'm gonna start running out of excuses why I can't make it!

Seriously, it's been a tough quarter here and Jay has all kinds of summer camps (band, technology, flight academy). But if there is any way we can make it, I'll be there with bells on!
