Hi Michael I did an article on PVC construction last year in the March issue of Sign Builder Illustrated. Really interesting stuff. Check out Western Vinyl Products, 1-800-206-7349 or www.westernvinylfence.com

Hey Jimmy, where are you getting the stuff to do it around our area? I don't use wood for signboard unless I am specifically requested to by a client who just has to have MDO. I use a new product by NUDO a lot called Fiber-Corr. I like to take a 4 X 8 if I have one sitting around and smack it really hard with my fist to let people see how tuff it is. For colored stuff I use NUDO Aluma-Corr, I don't smack it though, it'll dent. I want to get the posts and do away with wood all together.
