While I was at Mass Mayhem, I won a Lazer Lines brush kit. I didn't have a chance to play with them until yesterday.
I just got to say that Joey Madden was absolutely correct. He had been telling me how great these brushes. Man, was he right. They are tight and the interchangable handles are a very cool idea.
These brushes are the closest thing I have seen to be like the old Grumbachers. Suh-weeeeet!
Joanna and Robert should be very proud of their line of brushes. I am glad to see that someone brought their expertise and knowledge to the table and had these awesone brushes made.
I can't decide which ones I like the best yet but I plan on playing with them some more. The kit came with several striping heads and lettering heads. I am glad we have several vehicles to stripe this week. I will have to break out the kit and flash them in front of my customers.
I bet the custom made metal handles will knock their socks off! I know it did mine! They just look too cool. The short handle was just a bit short for my personal tastes but the medium handle is great. I like the feel of the lettering handle, too.
It took a bit of getting used to the handles because they feel a bit heavier than a traditional wooden handle. I really appreciate the smoothness of the handles.
These brushes are bit pricey in the beginning but I think that the replacement heads are fairly priced. I plan on buying some more handles, tha's for sure.
Thank you to Joanna and Robert for donating these brushes to the door prize pile at Mass Mayhem. It is merchants like you that make letterhead meets a little bit more fun. I hope to run into you guys sometime.
Have a great one!
