I was wondering if anyone could help me. I had a customer e-mail me a Corel Draw file last night that I can't seem to open. I'm thinking it may be a newer version than mine, I use ver 8. I'm not on my office computer today, but will gladly e-mail it for someone to try for me if you just let me know on the board. Thanks!!

E-mail it to me Mike...I have version 10 so it should open and I can return it to you in ver 8 format.

I have had similar problems not only with Corel 10 files but even files from 10 that was exported as .ai or .eps. these files will not open or import into Corel9 or Illustrator9. I have found a work around: I open the file into XaraX then export from there. if it is a .ai file that I can open in AI9 then I export it down to a 5.5 .ai file, it then imports into Corel.
