Well, The chickens are coming home to roost. This is the third job that was installed within the last 18 months that has shrunk leaving a nice ugly outline of dirt covered adhesive.
If you've got any of this stuff, toss it! or only use it for temporary stuff.

Plenty of Gerber Quantum gets used around the world with no more performance related problems than you would expect from other brands in its class.
Have you raised this issue with your Gerber dealer or with Gerber themselves?
