i've tried the search engines... they all send me to Microsoft... MS owns "Arial" and they list Arial Narrow... but there isn't any link to download Arial Narrow... i tried three font resellers, and they refer me to MS as well.
...help ! ...
(ps: i need the Mac version, if that matters)

Fonts.com has Arial Narrow downloadable in a MAC format. Hope they have what you need.

Thanks Kimberly! i don't know why that didn't come up in my searches... but i've got it bookmarked now.
And thank you too to all the people who offered to send me the fonts. My client is in the computer/internet biz, so I really do intend to BUY the fonts (and charge the client).
They only cost $22 each, so it isn't much of a financial hardship for them, and i don't want my clients to EXPECT me to have every font in the world already. plus, they OUGHT to pay extra for such an UGLY typeface choice for their logo. (i'm one of those "there are no bad fonts, only bad choices" folks... and this is a REALLY bad choice).
