You are jobbing out some work, all you really have to do is take the order, place an order, deliver and collect the check. How much mark up?

Depends what it is you jobbed out, how much you were charged for it, how much time you have involved in it (artwork fees, time for finding the source) and what the suggested retail/resale price is.

Some things can only get a 20% mark-up, some get 50%, others can take a 100% markup or MORE and still be a fair and competitive price.

wow .. . that's gonna be a tough one..... anywhere from 20-40% in my realm. A few years ago I bid on a government screenprinting job on metal signs.... thousands of them. I put in a 30% margin for my troubles of taking on the job, getting a loan from my bank (First National @ Little House on the Prairie) picking up the order and delivering it to the customer. That 30% came to $176,000.00 !!!! After the project was awarded, I called to find out my standing in the bidding process. I was number THREE !!! If I had taken the 20 or 25% I would have most likely gotten the job. I guess it all boils down to the amount of work you put into the project and the total dollar value you are willing to settle for. All in all. . .. it's your call. Do the math first..... then, submit your bid.
