I saw a demonstration at the B.I.G. Show in Columbus saturday. I was impressed, but would like to hear from some current users. Also, can I import my Casmate files directly (without converting them to eps) into SignLab?
Thanks!

I have been a user for at least 7 years now, and wouldn't change. Lately having problems with the current E6, but tech has contacted me twice just from my complaints on the board. I have used 4 other sign programs and none are easier to use than this.
Very intuitive, with auto tracing and special effects the best features.

Ease of use is a common remark you will hear from Signlab users, including me. One feature that I don't see mentioned much but always thought was a big plus was it's ability use fonts installed on the hard drive without having them installed in windows or via a font manager, including Adobe Type 1 fonts.
That means there is never any screwing around with loading or unloading fonts. There may be other programs that do that now, I don't know, but it's a big time saver.
There are numerous other features, especially in e6 that I like. Whoever came up with the new blend tool deserves an award. It's pretty slick, you just move the color nodes around anywhere and the changes are instant, as are most of the tools now. You see the changes as you do them instead of punching in a number an waiting a result. It makes the whole process more visual than analytical, more intuitive and natural for designing.
