1st-
Bump for the Mars meet. Can't wait.
2nd
I'm just completing my first serious wall mural, & was wondering what grafitti-protection clear is most appropriate for such a thing. The whole job was done in one-shot, and off-the-rack (unfortunately?) spray paint. Thanks for any tips! I'll be sure to post when its done.

Matthews clear coats are very good protection...as we always say, test to be sure it will not attack the other paints, but it dries rock-hard, and you just have to use the reducer and wipe off the other paint...as long as the Matthews is cured.

a severe flogging is in order for those punks...or maybe their parents?

Last time I needed that anti graffiti stuff, Product Sign Supply set me up with two options. First was a film like a clear vinyl. It worked fine on aluminum panels with hand lettered copy, but was a mess over vinyl letters. It trapped bubbles around the edges of the letters. The second product was a two part clear that we sprayed and it didn't lift anything and is looking new and bright still. It may have been a Dana product.

You could catch one of your local vandals, kill him, and hang his rotting corpse next to your mural as a warning to the others. Just a helpful suggestion!
