I have been reading and re-reading some profiles from this site and and wonder why there doesn't seem to be any new ones in a long time, maybe years. How come?
It is a nice way to gain insight into some of the members here, and to read good personal stories of sign people.

How 'bout you start the ball rolling on that again! Write a profile on yourself, and collect some photos to accompany it, and send in to Steve. I'm sure he'll post it up!
Aw, c'mon ... it'll be fun! I'll be looking forward to seeing it! heehee! Aren'cha glad you brought it up?

Back in the old days, when I had lots of time, creating Letterhead Profiles was one of our favorite pastimes. We had plans to keep adding them and even expanding them to include a Letterhead Hall Of Fame. The idea still excites me.
So what hasn't it happened? Part of the reason is time. It takes time to put a profile together. Letterheads are busy people. Getting you guys to submit these things is not easy...especially when we're asking you to do it for free. We're busy too. Letterville has grown to exceed our wildest dream. It's a fulltime job just answering mail and keeping up with maintaining the website.
There is something else. The profiles, step by steps and meet reports don't get the traffic the BB does. Nobody seemed to be looking at them. After reading this, I'm thinking we should take a look at doing somemore.

I read most of the profiles again just the other day. Still interesting and nice knowing others are living what I thought, was just my life. Yours included.
