Yes Corey I've been using Cetol for over 20 years.. I've must of uses 100's of gallons.. I'm not exagerating, Cetol 1 is a bit thiner and used as a primer, then you put on Cetol 23 which is 2 coats of the thicker product. Now I never used it on a sign but on my Loghouses, in fact I just sanded and redone my loghouse last year with it, it looks great!
