Felix, here in my area, the average price for doing just the blasting is 4-6 cents per square inch. But, wouldn't the shipping to the Mainland and back cut into your profit margin? (or, include that price into your bid). As I have mentioned before, I lived in San Juan for over 3 years and I know there is someone there that can do this for you. You just have to search them out. But, if you can't, send your board to me and I will do it for you and send it back A.S.A.P. And, with a two sided sign that size, I suggest you glue up two pieces of 1" HDU with some 1/4" PVC imbedded into the part that accepts the mounting hardware. Your second option would be to send me your mask without application tape and I will do the best I can for you. I only blast HDU, no wood.

Another option would be a company that does sandblasted Granite and Marble monuments for grave sites. There may be a company there that does that who can blast it for you.
I wish you the best.
