If this is going outside, just wait a few weeks till the blue fades to off-white!
Aren't you glad you asked?
really, you probably ought to match the blue with satin house paint. Works GREAT on PVC.

Blue pvc is the DEVIL! There is a product called NOVUS plastic polish (available from Curbell plastics)that can get light scratches out of pvc. The only trouble is that it raises the sheen of the substrate, so you'll have to polish the entire panel.

I've also used 3M rubbing/polishing compound in a pinch for polishing scratches out of pvc and engraving stock with much the same effect. You'll want the ultra fine cut stuff.

As always, try a test first [Wink]

Good Luck

Jimmy have you tried a Heatgun? or a torch... far away of course with the torch. I've used this method for small sratches and dents with great success.

I use a micro fine polishing compound that has gotten me out of some trouble with removed lettering, and scratches in pvc or metal. I get it at the auto body supplier, made by 3M
