My buddy (who owns an Edge) says he has a .jpg image of a truck, with graphics designed over the top of it. He tells me via phone that when he tries to print the image to his HP printer for a proof, that only the graphics show.....no truck.
This seems stupid to me....but without being there, I'm not sure why his .jpg image isn't printing as well as his Omega designed graphics.
Glenn or some of you other pros....what is the fly in the ointment here? Thanks for your answer to what I am sure is a simpleton question.

I dont have Omega,, 6.0GA and I know with it, if you have a .jpg file and a vector vile together,,, you have to color select the vector file and assign a color to it... normal vector files will not show up when mixed with a picture, etc.. or the graphic may even be assigned white!
Hope this helps

thanks Del, I just figured it out for him over the phone....see above post. I had him read me all the options available under the print dialogue and he tried clicking on everything until he clicked on template, then it worked. I guess Omega considers a image file a template??
