i have been using casmate pro 6.52 for a couple of years. today i got a fatal error message that said"CAN NOT RUN CASMATE-PRO: INCORRECT PLUG SET UP" i reinstalled casmate and still got the same message when i tried to start the program again. has anyone had this problem before? did i fry my dongle somehow? this is the first place i have turned. scanvec is next, but i don't think they will be any help except of course offering me an upgrade. thanks in advance chuck

Chuey, Do you happen to have a printer connected to the back of the key? We once had a printer go nuts on us & we could not start casmate. The simple fix was un-plugging the printer.

Chuck, I'm wondering if your dongle went belly up? I've never experienced that, but have heard of it occurring. I don't know if they even sell replacement keys any more. Did you contact your dealer. I'd be glad to help convert anything for you.
