Some call it sinnin' & some call it grinnin' but the most I'm gonna plead guilty to is hidin' out.....and that's only a misdemeanor, right??

If having a life is sinning, I sin quite regularly, daily even!
I keep my schedule really loose because on the days I work (about 3 a week), I have breakfast with my little guy. I normally start work at about 10:30 this way, but I want him in my day. Some customers grunt if I let them know I'll be seeing them mid morning. When I tell them the truth, that I incorporate my 2 yr old son into my mornings, they normally understand. If they don't, they aren't the kind of customers I require at this time of my life.
Today I actually worked, but yesterday I had a great day, took cody to a play area in a local McDonald's, brought a magazine, and enjoyed some reading as I watched a cute little guy have the time of his life with some other kids. On the way there, I passed my most regular customer. As we passed him, he wore a knowing smile on his face.

I sinned today.. I took some time out of continual study and catching up.. however, have gotten back into it again, and have just done another two hours of work, taking a break now.. guess I might sleep.. then in the morning, I can get back into it again.

Way to go Monte, but don't call it sinnin'. What in the world are we knocking ourselves out working for if we can't get some personal enjoyment once in a while.

Monte, the wife and I went to a small town festival about thirty miles from home today. We're standing in the crowd, I look to my left and low and behold there is Monte Jumper or at least a "dead ringer" for ya. He looked enough like you that I took a good second look. Don't know if he could paint signs though! Have fun!

Sinning? Well, if going to George Carlin show at the Palace theatre is sinning, the ornate architecture is enough to drool over...my buddies are taking me, to keep that smile on my face. When the going gets tough, (and sure enough it has lately), the tough go ...... you fill in the blanks! off to get dressed!\ Deb
