Hi Heads! It's me, the long-lost Jill. I've been busier than a cat trying to cover- (well, you know the rest!)workin on the big Mars meet!. I want it to be pleasing for everyone, probably an unrealistic goal, but I'm doing my best to make it happen. If you want to send me your address, in case you can't wait for AMAL or don't subscribe (it's in there) email me at headsonmars@lycos.com and I'll snail-mail you the info. The flyer features logos by both Bill Krupinski & Michael Clark. Steve & Barb should be updating the site on their "future meets" soon...We now have 4 murals, all by guys named Bill, (Beckner, Berberich, Masters, & Lang) a pinstriping area, a carving pavilion complete with a volleyball net hosted by Joe C., an airbrushing area hosted by Rick Kubicki,& talks by Mike Meyer, Bob Bond, Dennis Gerathy, Artie Schilling, & Al Checca. John Hodgins & Pierre Tardif are doing a window splash or two. Cam Bortz, John Jordan, Francis Lestingi, & CJ Williams will be working on the railroad-er-train staion. There will be karaoke, bands, a car cruise, a parade, and all kinds of kosmic kool stuff. I'm trying to talk Bob Timmerman into giving a leftie lettering demonstration, but he's shy, and George Wamsley of Six Flags in Maryland is tossing around the idea of demonstrating the art of "antique" signs. There is still plenty of room for more seminars. I apologize for being out of the loop, so to speak, but I'm loopy enough already! Mars is a unique, turn of the century PA town, surrounded by beautiful rolling hills and farm fields. Summer is gorgeous here, and I hope to see all your smiling faces! Love- JILL

Sounds like you've been working your but off Jill. Putting a meet of this size together must take a lot out of you, with trying to run your own business and all the meetings and people you need to talk to. My hat's off to you girl ( and you know I don't remove my hat for anything ). Can hardly wait for August!!!!! See you then. CJ
