I just got a copy of coreldraw 9 and it came w/a pc board. What's the board for? I installed the software and don't seem to need it. Is it some type of graphic card? Skip in Michigan

is that an official Corel package? does the manuals refer to the board? I got CorelDraw 9 upgrade package and no PC board so it's interesting what you got!

Did you get it from Ebay? Sounds like it may be an OEM version. Completely legal, but intended to be sold WITH a new computer. Many times Ebay sellers will send an old motherboard or cpu along with the OEM software, which brings them into compliance with the Ebay rules.

I got it from "buycheapsoftware.com" for 49.00 It still had the celophane wrap and a sticker that said "OEM" on it. I haven't gotten far into the e-manual yet to see what it's for. I was able to register it so it must be legit. Just wondered what the board was for.The board is not a motherboard though, it looks more like maybe some type of graphics card maybe. Thanks Skip
