I just got a copy of coreldraw 9 and it came w/a pc board. What's the board for? I installed the software and don't seem to need it. Is it some type of graphic card?

is that an official Corel package?
does the manuals refer to the board?
I got CorelDraw 9 upgrade package and no PC board so it's interesting what you got! [Eek!]

Did you get it from Ebay? Sounds like it may be an OEM version. Completely legal, but intended to be sold WITH a new computer. Many times Ebay sellers will send an old motherboard or cpu along with the OEM software, which brings them into compliance with the Ebay rules.

My .02 worth.

I got it from "buycheapsoftware.com" for 49.00
It still had the celophane wrap and a sticker that said "OEM" on it. I haven't gotten far into the e-manual yet to see what it's for. I was able to register it so it must be legit. Just wondered what the board was for.The board is not a motherboard though, it looks more like maybe some type of graphics card maybe.
Thanks
Skip
