I've just said in Adriennes thread that I'd like to meet Prince Charles...
I just thought about my dream dinner guests...(They have to be alive)
My Dream dinner would have him, Madonna, My wife Jenny, Our good friends Cathy and Samantha ( both extraordinary people in their own right),Billy Connolly and Bill Clinton...
What an interesting night that'd be.
Give me yours

Well, if they have to be living, then my dinner party would include...
My wife, Penny, Don & Dora Hulsey,Dave Mathews, Tony Shumacher, Faith Hill (Tim can stay home with the kids), Martina Mcbride,Wayne Gretzky, Rush & Nickleback would be performing and join in on the convo during breaks, and of course JOHN FORCE.....!!!!!
If I could add "Anyone" to the party living or not, along with the above .....
Michealangelo(sp?), Evis Presley, Einstien(sp?) Eero Saarinen( I think he has departed this life?) and probably a few more I can't think of right now.

Intriging question with more depth than you think. In looking at my mailing list, I would have to have 800 dinners. I like to limit guests to 6 or 8 so that I don't miss too much of the conversation. The number would include spouses where applicable and start with my oldest (not necessarily in age) Letterhead friends and progress through the list until it was time to start over again. These are truely the only people I have much in common with and whom I care the most about. I figure the dinners would take 3 years to complete without repeats and of course I would have to repeat some to finish those in depth conversations. This could work into a never-ending endeavor and sounds excitingly worthwhile. We are having home-made curry in about 45 minutes so the first group better hurry.

I've met Bill Clinton when he was running for Governor of Arkansas! He won the election, served 12 yrs. and went down hill from there. He's a smooth talker! Thus, the nickname, "Slick Willie." He wouldn't be on my list for a dinner party..maybe a goat roping?

I just rented that "Guess who's coming to dinner" video last week after seeing Sidney on the Oscar awards. That was a good flick, & he seems like a genuine person in the midst of the rest of Hollywood.
Hey Troy, drop me an invite when Nickleback books dinner at your place. I already saw Rush in a junior high school in 1973, but I'd be stoked to see Neal drumming again!
