Here in New England they call that "Yankee Thrift". A lot of us here have taken Roger up on his samples - he's made a lot of customers that way. Pretty smart, that Roger, and good products too.

I don't think I've ever been cheap in my life and have always said that money comes to those who make money come to them. I believe also that it takes money to make money, and if a future customer wants it cheap, they can go somewhere else. I always ask 2 questions when speaking with a future customer who wants work from me. 1- are you afraid of colors? and 2- how much do you want to spend? Last week someone said they want it a cheap as possible, so I replied, do it yourself!
I play no games, I use only the best products and materials and no matter what the price of the project I settle for, I always give my best.
Now regarding the Rapid-Tac company, I am very fortunate to live only a few miles from their plant and also have had the opportunity to pinstripe their personal vehicles as well as Rogers new SUV which he will take back to Hawaii once he picks it up mid April. I already striped it while it was at the dealership and he had no say in what colors or how it was done, but I know his taste and how meticulous he is. Instead of pricing my work to him, I simply trade for his products which BTW are the finest I could possibly find for my kind of work and will continue to use them because I believe they work like no other. And while I'm on a roll here I should mention LazerLines brushes which aren't cheap yet work like no other brush can.
Tools and materials that are used by me cannot be problematic or I fly into a rage and become something other then who I really am, and thats why I only use theBEST.
