I just bought a stika vinyl cutter in hopes to cut some masks to speed up my airbrushing. What software programs should I get to help design so signs, fonts, etc. I cant get the dr sticka software to render a good .bmp at all, I do it in photoshop then import it and it looks like crap... Can someone give me some tips for my setup. Thanks alot.

If "looks like crap" means jagged edges.
hand cut off edges(like you would frisk paper)
For letters, paint an outline to smooth out rough
edges!
If you can't paint, then LEARN to.
If you don't want to make the sacrifices it takes to accomplish your delima, then you will also have to learn concept of being overly critical.
From what I know, there is NO MAGICAL WAND to wave, for what takes years to be proficient at.

Hope this helps
