Do they exist?
What are the alternatives? Glow in the dark paint on vinyl?

Gerber definitely makes it, it is costy though. It will work in the Edge to make glow in the dark signs. Vic G

3M 5900 Luminous Film is one, and the afore-mentioned Gerberglow-
5900 is thicker, hence lasts longer. Outdoor, too, short term. Screen-printable, EDGE-ready.

I have a stripe of Gerber Glow around my office wall near the ceiling. When I turn off the lights I have a glowing greenish stripe. It lasts a half hour or so.
