This place had an eye doctor or somebody that did lasic or sold glasses or something like that and called the biz "Aslight Vision Recovery Center". Then he went out of business and another rocket scientist moved in trying to sell surf boards and related gear (we're 45 miles from the beach) and decided to save even more money on signage by knocking off the superfluous stuff leaving what you see. This area is called 'The San Gabriel Valley" so SGV is used here for that. I just don't understand why, but creative as he is, that guy has also gone belly up. Who knows???
