Got a sample piece years ago (maybe '97?). Seemed to cut fine on my pnc 1100. If my memory is correct, I had to use about the same blade force as I did on intermediate vinyl, and slowed the speed down quite a bit. If you're interested in using this material, Stahl's should be happy to send you a sample piece to experiment with. We've upgraded to a new plotter since then, but the Roland is a bullet proof back up plotter!
Good luck.

Hiya Elaine, I don't have a roland but do use friction fed plotter to cut it. Suprisingly, it's not too bad to cut. I would compare it to cutting something easier than sandblast mask but more difficult than polyester. Use I a 30° blade & bump up the pressure a lot. Weed as usual. Also, don't forget to cut the image in reverse. The exposed material you're cutting thru is actually the glue. If you have more questions, email me at work, production@purpose1.com, I have all the specs on the materials there. Havin' fun, Checkers
