I use a Anagraph 30" Plotter. It has worked fine for the last 2 years. For some reason I have a 1/8" tracking problem over a span of 5 to 6 feet. I have no reason for why this is happening. I am using Co-Cut for my cutting software. I did remove a pinch roller to take out some jamed vinyl a while back but replaced it to its original position.
Thanks in Advance for any help here.

There are some experts here who can give you better advice, but here goes my thought -
If the pinch rollers develop a wear pattern, so to speak, the rollers will pull the vinyl to one side much like a misaligned car front end. We had that problem on one of the older Iolines and fixed it by replacing the rollers. Vic G

Like Victor said maybe your roller are worn out. But another thing (maybe) is the blade. Have you reset it lately? It to will come loose and back itself off.
Only a thought.

Ken..I read your post a bit earlier and thought like Victor..Then when I came back and saw Stephen's reply, I remembered.
A couple of years ago I had a buddy do the cutting of vinyl for a large project..He and his wife were running 2 or 3 50 yard rolls every day. Everything went well till he called one night and said that the vinyl wouldn't track correctly anymore..He bought a new blade the next day and everything was fine again!!!
Thanks for reminding me Stephen!

The question isn't whether the vinyl moves off track, It's whether it comes back to where it started. If you put a weed border around your work and you notice a deviation of even an inch or so over some distance, but the weed border closes perfectly...then you have a non problem. It's a question of Plane Geometry. hk
