Well it has begun...as of 8 pm central time Katie "Kookaburra" Wright took off from the brisbane airport...Pat and I pick her up at 6 45 tomorrow evening at the Dallas airport.

Monty, thank you for your efforts and those of Judy, Jon and all the others involved in makin it all happen. I am sure you will look after her well and that everything should go smoothly. I was talking to her on the phone and she has spoken with all her University lecturers, and has the web adresses of where to access the lecture notes and powerpoint slides of the lectures that will happen while she is away. So hopefully she will be able to keep abrest of what is happening. You guys have a ton o fun.
