I am trying to match a Pantone color with The Summa DuraChrome. I have thried with the CMY and CMYK models charts, not help there. The spot color orange is closer than the mix. However, it is for Nickelodeon and it has to match perfect. Is there any third party vendors that can help me with a spot color ribbon? Or any other suggestions?

First question I have is "does Nickelodeon Orange fit inside the CMYK color gamut? To find out, you need to get a Pantone Spot To Process chart.
For example, Pantone 165 and its CMYK counterpart look totally different.
You will probably need to try overprinting one spot color on top of another to see if you can get the color right. There is no easy answer. Its going to take time and experimentation.

I'm no EXPERT, but I'm pretty sure you'd need an 8-color PROCESS printer to match PANTONE oranges. 4-color process just don't get it especially with orange and green. The more I learn about "color", the less I know! I've had great success on the Colorcamm producing accurate color, using the TRUMATCH (www.trumatch.com) system. You might want to check it out.
Please don't take this as a "shot" at your choice of printers...
In addition to CMYK colour matches, anyone who owns a Gerber EDGE can produce WELL OVER 3000 SPOT COLOURS using Gerber's Spectratone system. There are a number of good matches to PANTONE colours (some are even PANTONE APPROVED).
If you don't know anyone with a Gerber EDGE, try throwing your question at the folks who frequent 4EDGEtalk.com-- which is run by a fellow letterhead: Gary Wiant
