Hi Heads. One of the most frustrating aspects of modern technology for me, is trying to contact someone, and running smack into a voice mail system. I never seen to be offered the option that I really want....to be connected to a real live breathing human. Personally, I don't think that I'd wish to inflict this on anyone, and especially those wanting to call me with an order.
What's your opinion? Do you have a voice mail system, or do you value personal contact more highly?

I dont mind voicemail.. just an electronic answering machine.. but I HATE automated forwarding systems that bounce you all over the place.. Example: my bank has an automated system and after spending 10 minutes navigating menus, I finally get to a real person who tells me I need to speak to someone else. ARGH!
