Hi everyone, I didn’t introduce myself properly before, sorry My name is Don Southard I’ve been a carpenter/woodworker 20+yrs (I was injured back in 92 on the job) and it’s finally caching up with me. and the company recently closed. ( I do have a degree in drafting /design) to boring, so I decided to go back to school! Graphic Comm.Arts . I’ve always enjoyed designing things. I worked in a sign shop for a short period of time and enjoyed it so much, I knew that was the direction I wanted to go, Sign Making you have a little bit of everything ( designing, painting, woodworking) it’s great.

Don, I can sympathize with you completly. I too recently got injured on the job and I'm at the end of a 2 mo recovery of a back injury. My wife is threatening to divorce me if I go back into the conctruction business. So I am forced to chace down my dream of a career in the art feild. Good luck my friend Roger Dinofa

Welcome to L-ville, where everybody is a little loosely wrapped, a few fries short of a happy meal, not too many elevators go all the way up, etc. I feel right at home-- you should too.
