Does anyone have the GooGoo Cluster logo they can send me. I've searched all over and can't find it. My scanner has decided to poop out on me and I can't scan it and I need the logo soon or I'm in trouble.
If anyone can help, I would be greatly appreciative.
Thanks, John signtex@bellsouth.net

i don't know if John was being humorous or not (sometimes it is hard to tell on the web). there is a big difference between trading clip-art (which is usually licensed and not given out free) and trading logos and company trademarks.
most companies freely allow their logo and images to be used for advertising purposes. GooGoo Clusters are a candy (and darn hard to find in the West!). about the only way you're going to run afoul of copyright (actually, in this case TRADEMARK) infringement is if you took their logo and tried to use it for "Smith's GuGu Clusters" or something like that. As long as you're using it for the purpose the manufacturer provides it, then you're OK.
