prefer for minor HDU repairs? I've got a couple of signs in the shop that were damaged in a recent windstorm and as I've been working on them it occured to me that there may be a better material than the auto body putty that I usually use. These repairs are mostly filling in dings and dents, with a refabrication here and there of small elements on these sandblasted signs.
Well, Heads? Does anyone have a favorite patching material for this sort of application that works better than Bondo?
Thanks

Same here. FSC-360 is great. Sands and files easily, about the same as FSC-88WB. Two excellent products. IMO, if you're working with HDU, this is the stuff to use. If your supplier doesn't carry it, call Coastal Enterprises. They're a Letterville Merchant.

West System Epoxy with sawdust mixed in.. Its pricier than others..But I have it on hand..so I use it Better sand it soon as it kicks tho...it gits harder n bullets!!! For easier sanding....use their microspheres for filler. They are tiny particles that are hollow. Makes a great edge sealer too... West needs to painted....
