Almost most days when I come thru my front door, walking thru the living room then thru the den, I see my kitchen, it always looked kind of empty, the frigde was the first thing you see when you come in my home from the living room.
While I was at L.A. trade tech last year. I saw some guys portfolio and he had some fridgerators lettered and some painted, I said ok, lets see what I can do to mine. Since I will be redesigning my kitchen this year, painting it faux finish effects but two colors top and bottom, into a spanish style looking "La Cocina"(kitchen) I pulled some jalapenos I was growing from my little garden, not all jalapenos are just green, the ones I picked looked like these, and painted them here. So this the beginning...

Dang, I thought the picture came out. Thanks for posting it Adrienne, what site to you use to post pics?

Hot! Hot! Hot! When you redo the kitchen post some pics for us. (unsolicited advice) Repeat those peppers in a few spots.

Don't wood-grain it, Adrienne - it might wind up in the stove.

Chicken theme, huh? Now they're INSIDE, too?

Super cool Cisco! My father had jalapeños all over his kitchen.

He would grow them & dry the seeds to use on pizza. He'd give small bottles of it as gifts and called it ZANETTI CONFETTI.

Went to your web site Adrienne, nice work and nice site. Thanks again

Kathy, I do have more Jalapenos, I have some hanging on a rope made of ceramic.

Kimberly, that's cool "Zanetti Confetti" made out of jalapenos seeds. I'll have to remember that.

Mike, so what's the real story about them chickens, I think I kind of remember something about them waking you up while you were asleep or something like that
